At Questrade, we helped Canadians achieve financial success and security. As a Senior CX Service Designer, I led the creation of exceptional customer experiences using service design principles across business lines. The role required creative problem-solving, client advocacy, and clear storytelling to convey complex ideas effectively.

UX Researcher at General Motors

Dec 2021 – Mar 2023

At GM Canada, I contributed to design projects aligned with GM’s vision of an all-electric, zero-emission future. At the Canadian Technical Center (CTC) in Oshawa, our team developed seamless mobility solutions for urban commuters and communities. We focused on sustainable energy and coordinated with businesses and governments to drive this transformation. My role was to identify opportunities and challenges from a macro-systemic perspective, shaping the future of urban mobility.

Dec 2021 – Mar 2023

As a multidisciplinary researcher, I supported the launch of MyGP and GP Online Shop, serving over 32 million subscribers, and ensured seamless customer journeys through user research. As a team, we helped develop new features and end-to-end workflows for GP Online Shop, Bangladesh’s first nationwide door-to-door delivery eCommerce. I helped my team craft design-driven decisions and optimize the user experience.
