A five-day Google Venture-style design sprint to reimagine the user experience of Bangladesh’s most-downloaded self-care app. Facilitated cross-functional collaboration to develop and test low-fidelity prototypes. Outcomes included improved navigation, user onboarding, and integration of value-added services.
